We are hiring experienced Business Development Managers to lead and expand the Corporate Remittances and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segments across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate B2B sales, preferably in financial services, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios. This role plays a key part in achieving strategic revenue goals while enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📈 Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Identify high-potential corporate clients through structured market analysis

Design and implement client acquisition strategies aligned with annual revenue goals

Create targeted sales pitches and USPs tailored for corporate and HNI clients

Track and report performance metrics across teams and branches
🤝 Client Relationship & Account Management

Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to expand wallet share

Deliver a differentiated experience to high-value customers through tailored service models

Gather client feedback for service improvements and enhanced retention
🛠️ Operational Efficiency & Support

Collaborate with operations, treasury, and support teams to streamline processes

Resolve client complaints with end-to-end accountability

Support branch-level sales activities and guide local teams in achieving KPIs
👥 Team Leadership & Development

Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to Business Development Executives (BDEs)

Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance productivity

Recognize and reward team achievements aligned with company goals
📊 Market Intelligence & Campaigns

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates

Launch lead generation campaigns to boost market share

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA is a plus)

5+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or financial services
-
Strong understanding of remittance, treasury, or financial products preferred

Experience in customer acquisition, strategic sales planning, and revenue management
