Key Responsibilities

✅ Implement Sales Strategies to drive revenue growth.
✅ Build & Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

✅ Collaborate Internally to develop new products/services.
✅ Create & Present Business Proposals to potential partners.
✅ Track Sales Performance & Report Achievements.
✅ Participate in Industry Events & Conferences for networking.
✅ Conduct Market Research to identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Sciences / Master’s in Business (Additional certifications are a plus).
📊 Experience: 7+ years in clinical research business development & 4+ years in account management and sales strategy execution.
📈 Data Analysis: Strong ability to assess & interpret business data related to clinical trials.
💻 Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
📢 Communication & Leadership: Excellent written & verbal skills with the ability to influence & inspire.
🤝 Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams & external partners.
