Role Overview

Charterhouse is partnering with a globally recognised, technology-driven organisation that is expanding its regional footprint. As part of this growth, our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their established Dubai-based team.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on driving new business, developing strategic B2B partnerships, and expanding market presence across the region. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle while working closely with senior leadership to accelerate growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of core B2B technology solutions and services.

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using a consultative, solution-led sales approach.

  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.

  • Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and executive leadership to achieve sales objectives.

  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of strategic accounts.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or solution-based sales.

  • Strong background in selling technology solutions or professional services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset.

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to wider team objectives.
