Charterhouse is partnering with a growing agency in the entertainment space, looking to hire a Business Development Manager to generate new business through sponsorship opportunities. This role involves creating memorable experiences in the events space by securing sponsorships and forming brand partnerships. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, and create compelling partnership proposals.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through sponsorships for rights holder clients

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

Use various sales methodologies to assess and secure new business

Challenge objections and drive revenue generation through sponsorship deals

Prepare and present partnership proposals to potential clients
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales role, with exposure to both B2B and B2C

Fluent in Arabic and English

Experience with sales methodologies and a consultative approach to selling

Passion for the entertainment and events space
Salary: AED 16,000 – 18,000 per month
