Winnow is seeking a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and strategic growth across the MENA region, particularly within the GCC markets. This is a hybrid full-time role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales processes in the MENA region

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on the hospitality sector

• Develop strategies to expand client portfolios and win new business

• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Represent Winnow at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, tech, and marketing

• Monitor competitor activity and explore potential partnerships or acquisitions

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory

• Strong track record in SaaS or technology sales, preferably with large corporates

• Experience in hospitality sales (especially hotels or contract catering) is a plus

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-performing environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
