Fortinet is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – AppSec to join their UAE team. This role focuses on identifying new Application Security opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving growth across Web Application Firewalls (WAF), ADC, email security, encryption, and authentication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and hunt for new AppSec opportunities in collaboration with the enterprise sales team

• Lead account-specific application security strategies and actions

• Develop and implement business and marketing plans with regional sales teams

• Align AppSec initiatives with channel partners and EMEA priorities

• Deliver AppSec-related sales training to internal teams

• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to increase regional AppSec sales

• Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise/large account sales experience

• 3+ years in selling Application Delivery Controllers and WAF services

• Proven ability to build business and marketing plans with sales teams

• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences

• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with a hunter mindset

• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English

• A relevant degree is preferred
