Swift is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, selling existing products and services, and developing business opportunities within a defined territory or customer segment. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, high levels of self-motivation, and creativity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through prospecting efforts.

Identify qualified prospects and develop them into viable business opportunities.

Sales Development:

Make cold calls to generate interest and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior management about how Swift’s solutions align with their needs.

Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.

Stay current on industry trends and understand how they impact customers’ businesses.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Keep accurate records of all activities related to client acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a professional sales environment.

Experience:

Proven success in a consultative sales process.

Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).

Excellent organizational abilities, including time management, prioritization, multitasking, and follow-through.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred.

Experience using CRM systems.

Strong negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
