Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new client acquisition and build strong partnerships in the digital marketing and SaaS landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, articulating our unique value proposition, and driving qualified business meetings to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate New Business: Actively identify and connect with potential clients via inbound inquiries, outbound outreach (e.g., LinkedIn), and marketing activities to schedule high-quality appointments.

Promote Solutions: Present and differentiate Born28’s digital marketing services and Corvidae SaaS solutions, emphasizing competitive advantages.

Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their goals and qualify leads to ensure productive and high-value sales meetings.

Strategic Planning: Define clear, ambitious strategies aligned with project goals, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term business impact.

Database Management: Keep client information up-to-date in CRM tools with clarity and consistency; submit detailed activity reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing teams on lead generation strategies and align with internal teams to streamline efforts.

Leadership & Problem-Solving: Lead the resolution of recurring challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable improvements to enhance business processes.
Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years in a Sales Development or Business Development role, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or Ecommerce sectors.

In-depth understanding of digital marketing, SaaS solutions, and client acquisition strategies.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with prospects, internal teams, and stakeholders.

High-level planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
