Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales for our B2B digital media platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in online advertising, digital listings, and directory services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with SMEs and enterprises, and promoting our digital media services such as premium listings, banner ads, and lead generation packages. Your role will involve client outreach, product demonstrations, negotiations, and achieving sales targets, while working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business clients for listing on our B2B portal

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations

  • Promote and sell premium listings, banner ads, lead generation packages, and other digital services

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and attending industry events

  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demos for potential clients

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and content) to ensure excellent client satisfaction

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, or online media

  • Familiarity with online directories and digital platforms

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
