Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Dubai-based team. This is a hunting role focused on direct SaaS sales, targeting law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies across the GCC region. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities by promoting our cutting-edge tax and legal solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and grow our customer base.

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across legal and corporate entities.

  • Lead product presentations and demos to communicate product value and ROI effectively.

  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights to senior leadership.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct SaaS sales experience, preferably within the GCC market.

  • Proven ability in negotiation, relationship management, and deal closing.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
