Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager – Facilities Management is responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and securing contracts related to facilities management services. The role requires a thorough understanding of the FM industry, including HVAC, cleaning, MEP, landscaping, security, and both soft and hard services.
Principal Accountabilities:

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to prepare and present proposals, bids, and tender documents.

Assess and understand client needs, working with internal teams to provide tailored FM solutions.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to spot new growth opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the business’s overall strategic goals.

Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions to promote services.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts.

Provide insights into pricing strategies and models for service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline performance, and generate reports.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the facilities management industry.

In-depth knowledge of FM services and operational workflows.

Proven success in securing high-value contracts and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
