Job Title: Business Development Manager 

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading full-service events company based in Dubai. This role focuses on driving growth through the acquisition of new clients in the events, exhibitions, and entertainment industries, specifically those in need of scaffolding and temporary infrastructure solutions.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 15,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

A premier events company known for delivering creative, end-to-end event infrastructure and management services across the UAE, with a focus on inspiring and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and entertainment requiring temporary scaffolding and structure solutions.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with key stakeholders such as event organizers, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Strategic Partnerships: Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and design teams to provide tailored, regulation-compliant infrastructure solutions.

• Project Coordination (Pre-Sales): Support early-stage project planning by liaising with site supervisors and project managers to ensure the technical and logistical viability of proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Open to Indian, Pakistani, and European nationalities aged 45 and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Event Management, or a related field is an advantage

• Minimum of 5 years of proven business development experience in the UAE, preferably in events, scaffolding, or temporary infrastructure industries

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
