Our client is a leading full-service events company specializing in innovative, end-to-end event solutions across the UAE. They are known for executing impactful projects in entertainment, exhibitions, and corporate functions.


Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and expand the business footprint within the events, scaffolding, and temporary structures domain. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge and a network of contacts in event production, exhibitions, or infrastructure services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE event and entertainment sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strategic partnerships with production houses, contractors, and event organizers.

  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor scaffold-based temporary installations aligned with client specifications.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Coordinate with project managers during the bidding and planning phases to ensure technical and financial feasibility.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and upselling strategies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Open to Indian, Pakistani, and European nationals, aged 45 or below

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Event Management, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in business development, ideally within events, scaffolding, or temporary infrastructure industries

  • Proven client portfolio and successful track record in closing large-scale B2B deals

  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
