We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. This role is ideal for someone driven, customer-focused, and adept at building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting landlords using CRM system, Dubizzle, and database sheets.

• Onboard a minimum of 8 properties per month.

• Deal with referrals from internal agents.

• Meet with landlords to finalize agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Prepare and send financial projections to landlords.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential landlords on a daily basis.

• Conduct market reports and create presentations based on findings.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in business development.

• Valid driving license and car required.

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills with a high proficiency in English.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

• Confident in working within a commission-based environment.
