Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Mortgage Department to spearhead growth and expand our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and driving the department’s revenue and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional with deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, strong sales acumen, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:

Identify New Business Opportunities:

Research, identify, and target potential clients, including individuals, brokers, and institutions that require mortgage services.

Create and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the mortgage business in a competitive market.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and key partners to drive business growth.

Lead Generation & Networking:

Attend industry events and network with potential clients, generating leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, adjusting strategies to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Client Consultation:

Engage directly with clients to assess their needs, provide tailored mortgage solutions, and facilitate the application process.

Work closely with underwriting, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and maintain high-quality customer service.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs to ensure business targets are met or exceeded.

Promote the company’s mortgage products and services, ensuring the brand receives high visibility in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the mortgage or real estate industry.
