Job Title: Business Development Manager

XpressViews Expert Network is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. In this full-time, on-site position, you will lead efforts to drive growth across the UAE and GCC region, connecting top global consulting and investment firms with leading industry experts. With 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or client relationship management, particularly within consulting, market research, or expert network services, this role is a perfect fit for a dynamic, results-driven professional eager to contribute to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new consulting and investment firm clients across the UAE and wider Middle East region.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Partners, VPs, Project Leaders, etc.) to foster long-term business.

Understand client requirements and tailor XpressViews’ expert solutions to support strategic research and consulting needs.

Collaborate with the India-based delivery team to ensure seamless execution and client retention.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine and improve growth strategies.

Represent XpressViews at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand presence.

Prepare weekly sales forecasts and progress reports for leadership review.
