The role will involve developing business partnerships, attracting foreign clients, and engaging with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development: Forge business relationships with real estate agencies and local developers in the UAE.

Business Expansion: Lead initiatives to attract foreign companies and high-net-worth individuals to the UAE.

Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with government bodies, trade associations, and private organizations to educate them on the company’s services.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets.

Client Information: Provide comprehensive information regarding business setup and UAE residency to clients.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, preferably in corporate/professional services or the real estate industry in the UAE.

Connections: Must have established relationships with real estate brokers and developers.

Skills: Strong communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and a customer-focused, negotiation-driven attitude.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE’s business environment, with real estate knowledge considered a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
