A confidential organization is seeking a Business Development Manager (Contractor) to support the strategic growth of a Freezone within an Operator. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aviation, logistics, or commercial zones, with a proven ability to build partnerships and drive revenue growth. This is a contract-based, on-site role in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic, operational, and marketing plans for aviation and Freezone development.

Identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks to ensure business alignment.

Provide expert consultation to achieve functional goals and enhance performance.

Create strong business cases for infrastructure projects based on market needs.

Refine operational processes to improve customer retention and attract new clients.

Manage key accounts and execute business development initiatives for commercial and Freezone sectors.

Establish and maintain partnerships with airlines, freight companies, logistics firms, and maintenance providers.

Oversee marketing, public relations, promotional events, and economic development activities to increase exposure.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as MBA or PMP are preferred.

Minimum 9 years of experience in aviation management, business development, or related areas with a focus on Freezone and commercial development.
