Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for a leading workspace design and fit-out company based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying and researching potential clients, preparing proposals, and attending client meetings to grow the commercial fit-out sector, including offices, retail spaces, and showrooms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the interior fit-out sector and a strong network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation in collaboration with the estimating and design teams.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to represent the company.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below.

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience within the commercial interior fit-out sector.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong network and relationships within the industry.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 22,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances), depending on experience.
