Trusity, a leading EdTech organization and Dubai SME certified incubator, is hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive its mission of empowering children and youth with 21st-century employability skills through innovative educational programs. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai requires a motivated, results-oriented professional with strong networking, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning, sales cycle execution, and partnership management

Close new business deals and exceed set targets

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on B2B and B2C segments

Build strategic partnerships with schools, particularly those following UK and IB curriculums

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and untapped markets

Monitor personal and team performance metrics such as revenue per lead/sale

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech or education sector

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

High initiative and self-motivation to drive growth

Proven ability to pitch and convert leads into long-term clients

Flexible with working hours to meet business demands
