We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the data center sector, maintaining key client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the data center and IT infrastructure sectors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making

Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting

Collaborate with internal departments including engineering, estimation, marketing, and legal

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring all terms comply with company policies

Track KPIs and prepare detailed sales performance reports

Drive customer retention by providing continuous support and value-added solutions
Required Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with data center infrastructure, colocation, and cloud services
Educational & Professional Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of sales and execution experience in data centers, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)

Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B sales deals

Experience managing large-scale contracts and negotiations

Ability to confidently communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
