GitMax, a global professional services firm specializing in AI-powered recruitment and digital transformation, is hiring a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This remote position is based in the UAE and focuses on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth, particularly in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for new client acquisition

Target mid-sized and enterprise clients with annual revenue between $0.5M to $5M

Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers

Conduct lead generation, cold outreach, and respond to RFPs/RFIs

Represent GitMax at industry events and networking opportunities
-
Maintain accurate sales activity tracking using CRM tools

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure quality service delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-
4+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Outsourcing, Recruitment, Nearshoring, or Consulting

In-depth understanding of staffing and recruitment industry trends

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing full sales cycles

Strong network of potential clients in the MENA region (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.)

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Strategic thinker, highly self-motivated, and results-driven
