Group AMANA, a regional leader in industrial design-build construction, is hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on expanding its footprint in the data center market. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires a strategic, results-driven professional with extensive experience in high-value B2B sales across technology sectors including data centers, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the data center sector; establish strong industry networks and client pipelines.

Account Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, develop long-term client relationships, and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Strategic Sales Execution: Build and implement tailored sales plans based on market trends and organizational goals.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay current on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and customer demands to refine strategy.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel, convert qualified leads, and deliver accurate forecasts to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with General Managers, Engineering, Estimation, Proposals, and Marketing to provide custom client solutions.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage the drafting and compliance of contracts with internal legal and finance teams.

Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and adapt strategy based on data insights.

Customer Retention: Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through value-added engagement.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/business development within data centers, IT infrastructure, or cloud services

Proven success in closing large-scale, complex B2B deals

Strong understanding of colocation, cloud hosting, and emerging data center technologies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives

Familiarity with industry standards, networking, and infrastructure solutions
