Doctify is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their commercial team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing new business within the UAE market and driving exceptional sales performance. This role will involve owning the full 360 sales cycle, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, and contributing to Doctify’s mission to revolutionize the global healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition.

Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs with team support.

Research, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.

Become an expert on the Doctify product and act as a thought leader in the HealthTech field.
Required Experience & Skills:

4-6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business in the UAE market.

Proficient business English language skills.

Strong communication skills with resilience in acquisition via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
