Swisslog is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dubai to generate leads, support market research, and collaborate with local and regional teams to drive growth in the intralogistics sector. The role focuses on integrated solutions and includes support for the AutoStore business unit.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and develop activity plans aligned with the EMEA sales strategy

Collaborate with local marketing for campaigns, events, and initiatives

Manage lead generation and qualification processes using the company CRM system

Convert leads into opportunities and hand over to sales

Support market research and launch new products to the market

Regular reporting to the Head of Business Development EMEA
Experience & Qualifications:

Degree-level education
-
7+ years of experience in the intralogistics industry

Knowledge of intralogistics market and applications
-
Proven experience with lead generation, market research, and bid proposals

Ability to interact with C-level executives
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and high-level computer literacy
