Role Overview

Ege Carpets is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across hospitality, commercial, and retail projects in the UAE. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong industry network who enjoys influencing design decisions, winning specifications, and building long-term partnerships within the interiors and construction ecosystem.

You will play a key role in driving project-based sales, supporting design and build partners, and strengthening Ege Carpets’ brand presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new projects and clients across hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors.

• Develop and grow key accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end clients to secure product specifications.

• Support design-and-build partners with technical input, product presentations, samples, and tailored proposals.

• Maintain a structured and accurate CRM pipeline, including forecasting, opportunity tracking, and deal closure.

• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract award.

• Represent Ege Carpets at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums across the UAE.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in interior products, flooring, or specification-based B2B sales.

• Established and active professional network within the UAE design, architecture, and construction market.

• Strong ability to work independently with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines is preferred.
