Position: Business Development Manager – FMCG & HORECA

Connect Resources is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth in the FMCG and HORECA sectors across the UAE. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within FMCG and HORECA segments.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights for strategic planning.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and promotional activities.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in FMCG or HORECA industries.

• Strong understanding of the UAE market and local business practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
