Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development

Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms

Conduct client meetings to understand needs and propose tailored fit-out solutions

Prepare impactful presentations, detailed proposals, and competitive quotations

Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
🔹 Client Relationship Management

Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders

Ensure continuous client communication throughout project lifecycles

Resolve client concerns promptly to encourage repeat business and referrals
🔹 Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Gather insights on customer needs and potential market gaps

Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives based on market feedback
🔹 Cross-Department Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain organized documentation and client communications

Submit detailed weekly/monthly sales reports and performance forecasts

✅ Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

4–5 years of successful sales experience in the interior fit-out or design industry

Existing network in the construction, architecture, or interior design sectors is an advantage
