Job Innovate is hiring a Business Development Executive to join its fast-growing recruitment and outsourcing team in Dubai. This full-time position offers flexibility with onsite, hybrid, or remote work options within the UAE. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, particularly in the recruitment, IT, technical, finance, or BPO sectors.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, meeting revenue targets, and delivering tailored hiring solutions. This role combines sales excellence with consultative client engagement, offering a platform for career growth and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new client accounts within the UAE market, with a focus on IT, Technical, Finance, and BPO sectors.

• Achieve a minimum billing target of AED 30,000/month for recruitment and outsourcing services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships from lead generation to successful delivery.

• Customize hiring solutions and negotiate service terms to meet client-specific needs.

• Track and update the sales pipeline using CRM systems and outreach tools.

Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR outsourcing.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with the UAE hiring market is highly desirable.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: AED 5,000/month

• Incentives:

  • AED 600 bonus upon achieving AED 30,000 monthly billing target

  • AED 10,000 bonus for billing AED 50,000 in a single month
