About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our recruitment consultancy team in Dubai.

This is a proactive, field-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and strategic relationship building. This is not a desk-bound sales position — we are looking for someone who thrives on being out in the market, building visibility, and establishing long-term client partnerships.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities within target sectors

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients

• Attend networking events, industry forums, and business meetups

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

• Negotiate terms of business and close new client agreements

• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery

• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

• Confident presenting solutions in face-to-face client meetings

• Target-driven with a demonstrated record of achieving KPIs

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially aware

• Valid driving licence (if applicable)
