Position: Business Development Executive – IT Solutions Sales
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our IT solutions business across the UAE. In this client-facing role, you’ll identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored IT solutions that add value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive IT solutions sales

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, preparing proposals and agreements

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market

  • Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to promote our offerings

  • Occasionally travel to Abu Dhabi when required to meet clients and explore business opportunities


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT solutions sales or business development

  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing tailored solutions

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

  • Valid UAE driving license; having your own vehicle is an advantage

  • Age range: 26–33 years


Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Commission on sales

  • Petrol and Salik coverage
