Are you an experienced insurance sales professional with a passion for growth and client engagement? Join Petra Insurance Brokers, a trusted name in the UAE insurance market since the 1960s, as a Business Development Executive – Insurance Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and offering expert insurance advice tailored to individual and business needs.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and delivering superior service aligned with regulatory standards and company values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE insurance market

  • Advise clients on suitable insurance plans based on their needs and budgets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from clients

  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • In-depth understanding of UAE insurance regulations and compliance practices

  • Must be currently residing in the UAE
