Role Overview
On behalf of our client, a well-established Dubai-based organisation specialising in live and virtual events, strategic communications, digital marketing, and community solutions, we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
The primary objective of this role is to drive new business growth, expand the customer base within the Hospitality, Travel, and MICE sectors, and support the achievement of sales targets in line with the company’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities

Execute the agreed business development and sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads and market opportunities

Prepare and implement action plans to penetrate new and emerging markets

Support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails

Conduct weekly client visits for both new and existing business development

Prepare accurate and competitive pricing, quotations, and cost calculations
-
Coordinate proposals, RFP responses, and presentations in collaboration with operations and internal teams

Provide regular sales performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Gather and analyse market intelligence and customer insights, reporting on trends and opportunities

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking functions

Negotiate pricing, scope, and delivery terms with internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Continuously review personal sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets
Candidate Requirements
-
2–5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the Hospitality, Travel, or MICE sectors
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage)

Proven experience in client and supplier relationship management

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are a plus

High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team

Willingness to travel and collaborate within a global team environment
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
