The role is focused on driving new business opportunities and strengthening partnerships with leading hotels, restaurants, and catering companies across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an established client network, and proven expertise in B2B sales within the FMCG or foodservice sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand business partnerships.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in HORECA B2B sales within the UAE (FMCG or foodservice sector preferred).

• Strong client network and market knowledge in Abu Dhabi/Dubai.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven with a strong business acumen.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
