Role Summary:

We are hiring ambitious and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our expanding corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B client acquisition, particularly in the remittance and financial services sector, and play a key role in boosting corporate revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the customer base

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with high-value corporate accounts and HNIs

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the company effectively

  • Collaborate with internal departments to offer tailor-made financial solutions to clients

  • Track and report on sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance

  • Lead and support client onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies

  • Handle client concerns and work cross-functionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction

  • Deliver value-based pitches and presentations tailored to business clients

  • Support regional branches in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer engagement

  • Provide mentoring and training support to junior BDEs where applicable


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales / B2B sales, ideally within financial services

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, compliance, and remittance processes

  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with comfort in using CRMs and dashboards

  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales KPIs
