Blackshine Technologies is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client growth for its Digital Marketing, IT, and Web Development services. This is a commission-based, remote role ideal for motivated professionals with strong sales acumen and experience in the full business development cycle. The successful candidate will identify leads, pitch services, nurture client relationships, and support in closing deals to expand the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Pitch company services and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

Maintain an updated CRM or lead sheet and track sales pipeline progress.

Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages and opportunities.

Monitor key sales metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.

Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience using CRM tools preferred.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
