DXL Delivery & Logistics, a UAE-based last-mile delivery and logistics company, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This hybrid role focuses on expanding the company’s client base, developing strategic sales plans, and nurturing long-term business relationships to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the logistics and delivery sectors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update the client pipeline using CRM software.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Provide post-sales support to strengthen client relationships.

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or delivery industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create and execute result-oriented sales strategies.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with strong market research capabilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
