Dayspring International is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand the client base, and deliver tailored recruitment and manpower outsourcing solutions. The role requires a proactive professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales or business development within HR, staffing, or outsourcing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients across multiple sectors (construction, FM, oil & gas, corporate services, etc.).

• Engage with decision-makers to understand client needs and provide tailored HR or manpower solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close contracts, and meet business targets, including tenders and pricing opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams for seamless client service execution.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline via CRM tools and report progress, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership.

• Represent the company at events, expos, and networking forums, including possible travel across the MEA region.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, HR services, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower supply.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with analytical skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

• Valid UAE or GCC driving license preferred.

• Language skills: English required; Arabic or Hindi an advantage.
