Business Development Executive


OHS Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, particularly in the digital marketing and social media sector. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy development to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new business opportunities within digital marketing and social media.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct client discovery calls and meetings, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, digital trends, and competitor strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
