Business Development Executive


HLB HAMT is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its team in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on client relationship development, business growth, and market expansion across the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in audit and consultancy firms within the UAE, driving sales and promoting professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Northern Emirates.
- Promote Audit, Tax, and Consultancy service offerings to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Represent the firm at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Track market trends and provide insights to enhance business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years of business development experience in an audit or consultancy firm within the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Audit, Tax, and Consultancy services in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai and Northern Emirates market.
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
