Join PETCHEM DMCC, a leading chemical distribution company, as a Business Development Executive specializing in the petrochemical sector. We are seeking a motivated and strategic professional to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships within the UAE and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business prospects in the petrochemical and chemical industries across the UAE and surrounding markets.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts to secure profitable agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.

Represent PETCHEM DMCC at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost company presence.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales within petrochemical or chemical industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with a proactive and strategic approach.

Familiarity with the UAE market and business environment is preferred.

Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
