Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in selling IT solutions, particularly CRM and ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and sales expert who can drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer requirements, propose tailored IT solutions, and close deals effectively

Conduct daily sales activities including prospecting, demos, client meetings, and presentations

Manage and maintain pipeline data using internal CRM systems

Deliver customized proposals aligned with client objectives and business needs

Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to drive opportunity development

Participate in strategic planning for territory and key accounts
Skills & Requirements:

3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in IT or enterprise software

Strong experience in selling CRM/ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus)

Ability to influence and engage C-level executives and decision-makers

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of the software and digital transformation landscape
