Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in selling IT solutions, particularly CRM and ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and sales expert who can drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer requirements, propose tailored IT solutions, and close deals effectively

  • Conduct daily sales activities including prospecting, demos, client meetings, and presentations

  • Manage and maintain pipeline data using internal CRM systems

  • Deliver customized proposals aligned with client objectives and business needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to drive opportunity development

  • Participate in strategic planning for territory and key accounts

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in IT or enterprise software

  • Strong experience in selling CRM/ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus)

  • Ability to influence and engage C-level executives and decision-makers

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the software and digital transformation landscape

  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-focused

  • Proven ability to exceed targets and manage a high-performing sales pipeline

  • Financially aware with an understanding of sales metrics and profitability
