We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing logistics and freight services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities

Support other business needs and tasks as directed by the line manager
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Professional, customer-focused, and self-driven

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Valid driving license is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
