Business Development Executive


MM Management Consultant is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive freight forwarding sales and expand its client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, selling end-to-end logistics services, and maintaining customer relationships. This role offers a competitive salary of AED 15,000, along with sales commission, medical & life insurance, and an annual ticket allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the freight forwarding business by selling:
- Ocean Freight (Export, Import, X-Trade Sales – FCL & LCL).
- Air Freight (Export, Import, X-Trade Sales).
- Warehousing & Distribution Services.
- Customs Clearance & Transportation for ocean and air shipments.
- Break Bulk & ODC Shipments.
- Increase revenue through customer retention and new client acquisition.
- Proactively manage clients, ensure timely rate renewals, and follow up for repeat business.
- Monitor and ensure on-time payment collections from customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (air and sea).
- Strong customer base in the logistics and freight industry.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, products, and services.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
