Position Overview:

Metal Fabrik is seeking a motivated, Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you are passionate about luxury design solutions and have a proven track record in high-end B2C sales, this is your opportunity to work with leading architects, designers, and developers in the UAE and GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development across UAE and GCC markets.

• Build long-term relationships with key clients including architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.

• Present premium product offerings with a tailored, consultative sales approach.

• Create and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals that highlight product features and project value.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project pipelines.

• Collaborate internally with operations, design, and project teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury interior design, architecture, or high-end product markets.

• Proven success in target-driven B2C environments, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

• Strong professional network within design and architecture circles.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English – essential for client communication.

• Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and be familiar with UAE geography.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a strategic, client-focused mindset.

Salary Package:

💰 AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications)
