Job Description:
As part of our global expansion, Doctify is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our commercial team in the UAE. This is a hybrid, full-time role ideal for professionals looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and new client acquisition in the UAE market.

Manage the complete 360° sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets and meet daily KPIs with support from your manager and the broader team.

Research, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Become an expert on the Doctify product and represent the company as a thought leader within the HealthTech industry.
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in sales (B2B or SaaS preferred, but not required).

Business-level proficiency in English.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage clients via phone, virtual calls, and in-person meetings.

A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
