Antons is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads within the B2B space. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is an onsite full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email, and social media to target potential clients within the B2B database.

• Sales Experience: Previous sales roles, especially those with outbound calling experience such as telemarketing or inside sales.

• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions.

• Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess their needs and determine the fit for products/services.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools.

• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, persistence in outreach, and a proactive attitude.
