Pure Magic Exhibitions & Conference Organizing is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and the ability to build and maintain client relationships within the event and exhibition industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Generate leads via networking, cold calling, attending events, and online platforms.

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
-
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.

Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative event solutions.
-
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.
-
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
-
Consult with clients to identify their needs and offer customized event solutions.

Ensure repeat business and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
-
Assist clients with day-to-day needs, including price quotes and troubleshooting.

Travel within the UAE for project execution as required.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Event & Exhibition sales in the UAE.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven sales experience with a customer-first approach.
-
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and negotiate effectively.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills.
-
A valid UAE Driving License is required.

Fluency in Arabic, Moroccan, Turkish, or Russian is a plus.
