🔍 Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding regional operations, sourcing opportunities, and building partnerships in oil trading. You will work closely with local refineries, traders, and international stakeholders to secure strategic deals and contracts in the crude and refined petroleum markets.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Middle East, South Asia, and East Africa

  • Build strong relationships with oil refineries, suppliers, and trading partners

  • Lead negotiations for trade contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize profit and ensure compliance

  • Stay updated on global oil markets, trading trends, and commodity pricing

  • Liaise regularly with senior management teams in Singapore and China to align strategies and share market insights

  • Travel internationally as required to develop business relationships and attend key industry events

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development within the Oil Trading industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC

  • Proven track record in dealing with crude oil and refined products

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills

  • Fluent in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus

  • Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and conferences

  • Deep understanding of trading practices, regulatory compliance, and regional energy markets

🧠 Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of trade documentation and import/export regulations

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
