Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) to promote and sell our wide range of container and modular solutions, including accommodation units, site offices, portable rooms, sanitary containers, and more. This role is ideal for someone passionate about field sales, relationship building, and driving business growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Promote and sell all types of container-based solutions, including accommodation units, office modules, and storage systems.

Conduct outdoor sales activities including site visits, client meetings, cold calls, and presentations.

Achieve personal and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.

Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of industry developments.

Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to the management team.

Attend training sessions, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Maintain a well-organized client database and follow up on leads effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in outdoor sales, especially in the container/modular units industry.

Strong knowledge of container types and applications (accommodation, sanitary, offices, storage, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong teamwork, presentation, and documentation skills.

Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.

UAE-based with a valid driving license is an advantage.
